Update
Livechat has changed their maintenance window from August 1st to the 29th. We have since updated the maintenance period on our page.

Our chat support provider is conducting maintenance on August 29th from 1 am ET to 2 am ET (this was previously scheduled for August 1st). During this time, chat support will be unavailable to students and faculty. To ensure the best possible experience for students, we would recommend that any exams not be scheduled during this period.
For students who may need support assistance during this time, please send an email to support@honorlock.com. If students need assistance while in an exam or authentication step, they should not close out of anything until they receive a response. For our most common questions and issues, students can access our knowledge base(honorlock.kb.help) for additional support.
